These feelings were perhaps what kept me from recording a solo disc for eight years (since The Many Moods Of Oliver Jones)! In any case, this time out I had more time to prepare and a lot more confidence. For this recording, I have picked some of my favourite standards that I have wanted to record for some time, as well as a few tunes of my own.
