Browse our catalog of recordings
You can browse our catalog of recordings by clicking on Albums in the menu. You will then see a list of all our recordings, grouped by Label, Collection and Artist. From there, you can make a selection and you will access the album page.
You can also choose to browse by artist. When you click on Artists in the menu, you will see the list of all the main artists who have done recordings for Justin Time Records. From that list, you can make your selection and you will access the artist page, where you will find the discography of the artist you selected. -
Audio
On the Justin Time website, you will come across links to audio files in the MP3 and Ogg Vorbis formats. Here are links to where you can download some players for these file formats:

How to place your order
When you have found a recording you wish to buy, please follow these easy steps:- Put the selected item(s) in the basket by clicking on the basket button beside the item(s) you want;
- Once your shopping session is completed, click on the Checkout button in your shopping basket.
- You will then enter in the 3 Step Checkout process.
Step 1
Here you will have to provide the required shipping information, choose the method of payment and select the order options for your purchase;
Step 2
Here you will have a chance to review your shipping information and, if you chose the credit card payment option, you will need to give us the details of your credit card;
Step 3
Finally, on this page, you will see the details of your shopping basket, including shipping costs and taxes, if applicable, as well as the total amount due. If all the information is accurate, you can then click on the Purchase button and your order will be sent to us.
Additional functions for the shopping basket
- If you would like to modify the quantity of any item in your shopping basket, modify the number in the box beside the item and click on the Update button;
- If you would like to remove/delete an item from your shopping basket, enter the number '0' in the box beside the item you wish to delete and click on the Update button;
- At all times, the total dollar amount of your purchases as well as the number of items selected will show in the upper right corner of your computer screen;
- At any time, while you're browsing the selection of recordings, you can verify the content of your basket by clicking on the Basket button at the top of your screen.
Back orders
When placing your order, you will need to specify how you want us to deal with back orders. Depending on your choices, it may happen that two shipments will be necessary to fulfill one particular order. -
Payment
Prices
All the prices found on the www.justin-time.com web site are in Canadian dollars. Shipping costs and taxes, if applicable, will be added to the cost of your order.
Methods of payment
When you place your order, you will have the option to choose between one of two methods of payment.-
Credit card
Justin Time Records accepts two major credit cards, VISA and MasterCard. -
Money order
Justin Time Records will accept money orders (M.O.) in Canadian currency. Upon receipt of an order payable by M.O., we will send you a Money Order Amount Confirmation Email, as it may happen that some items could be out-of-stock and that could modify the amount of the M.O. You should wait to receive the confirmation email before sending us your M.O. You should also note that your order will be shipped only after receipt of your M.O. If we have not received your M.O. within 14 days from the day we have sent the confirmation email, we will cancel your order. The M.O. should be payable to Justin Time Records.
Security for online payments
The website www.justin-time.com uses SSL encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions) to protect all the personal information sent to us, including your credit card number, name and address. Furthermore, we will not give, sell or share your credit card number and personal information with any outside organization.
Sales tax
Orders shipped to an address within Canada (with the exception of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland) will be charged the Government Sales Tax (GST) of 7% on the total amount of the order (including shipping charges).
Orders shipped to an address within Quebec will be charged the Quebec Sales Tax (QST) of 7.5% on the total amount of the order (including shipping charges and GST).
Orders shipped to an address within New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland will be charge the HST of 15% on the total amount of the order (including shipping charges). -

When does shipping occur?
The shipment of your order will be done during Justin Time Records's regular business hours. Our offices are opened, from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Eastern Time (in North America), with the exception of all Canadian statutory holidays. Most orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days from the time the orders are received.

Customs sticker
We are required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all shipments leaving Canada. It will not be possible to under value package contents on customs stickers. -
Taxes / Customs
Please note that additional custom, duty or taxes may be charged by your local government on your purchase and you, not Justin Time Records, are responsible for those charges. These charges are not included in the dollar amount paid to Justin Time Records for your order. Please check with your local customs branch or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties. -
Delivery
Customs clearance may cause additional delays to the delivery time for non-Canadian destinations.

Returns, cancellation & International orders
Returns
You may return any item purchased at our site, within 30 DAYS of the date at which your order was shipped to you. The items returned, at your own cost, must be unopened, undamaged, and contain the original invoice. If those conditions are respected, you will receive a full refund for the items purchased (excluding shipping costs).
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us via email at info@justin-time.com. We will supply you with a return authorization number, which you will need to write on the outside of your package that will contain the defective item as well as a copy of the invoice. Upon receipt of it, we will send you the same item at no charge.
Processing returns generally takes 2 weeks and the credit will be issued to the same credit card from which the order was originally placed. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to be posted to your credit card. All returns must be sent to the following address:

Cancellation of an order
The delivery times in the grids below are approximations of the number of days it will take, AFTER the shipment left our warehouse, for the orders to arrive at their destination.We will not be able to cancel an order after it has entered the shipping process.
Note to international customers
In the Justin Time Records catalog, there are some recordings that have been licensed from other labels. In the majority of these cases, we only have the rights to sell those recordings within Canada. Therefore, it is impossible for us to ship certain recordings outside of Canada. If your order contains items with shipping restrictions, we will notify you by email.
